There is a web address I occasionally go to

that used to work just fine, but for the last few weeks now takes me to
http://www.google.com/
How do I tell if the problem is with my computer or with the iamnotastalker website, itself? No, I don't have the email address of the webmaster.
Is there some kind of "web alias" table in the Windows 7 O/S where one can re-direct web address A to web address B (not sure why anyone would ever need this), and if so how can one clear this table (and/or see it's contents)?
I've run CCleaner to flush my computer, but that didn't make the problem go away.
