RCA jacks male end broke off into female end how get out?

I have a set of RCA jacks, I would post pictures but this forum software won't let me post attachments here.

the RCA male end boke off into the female end, on all yellow, white, and red plugs. I've never seen that happen before.

I've tried tweezers, knives, about anything I can think of I can't seem to get 'em out of there.

There a set of RCA plugs in the front of my TV set
