Is there a way to download and run Android apps via WiFi with an Android phone that is no longer/ never was part of a wireless phone carrier?
The thing is that I have an iPhone. I need to download and run some apps for a part-time job, from time to time, on an Android phone. I would like to do it through my home's WiFi.
I do not need to make phone calls with it.
So, could I buy a used Android from eBay or the like and do this?
