I have an issue when I shutdown windows 7, my computer doesn't turn off. It shuts down windows and my monitor turns off, but it won't turn off my computer. I have to hold down the soft power button for my PC to turn off. I have no problems when I choose restart computer in windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
