I'm just asking because it seems like everybody in the future has HD stuff, HDTV channels, HD content, and even rival podcasts are broadcasting in HD. Granted this is a netcast network and they're not giving video much focus but a netcast network like this should be offering choice to it's customers. I mean look at the production facilities at the brickhouse. They're capable of producing HD stuff and the backbone of the site can definitely handle the increased resolution but for some reason, nobody is willing to take the plunge.
I for one want them to take the plunge whether it's through becoming a multicast network or being in talks with the next inventor of a compression algorithm that'll make it beneficial to stream in HD. While the file resolution works well for the few of us who just watch it for the content, the actual reality is that TWiT is a company and as a company it needs to expand.
