Here is my frustration....the hsti wireless media stick, I can't seem to find a retail outlet that has them in stock.Here is the web page that describes what it can do....Media Stick... it fits what I want to do......(simplified it does what I need )thru wifi access a folder on my computer...access a video/music file and thru my wifi network send it to my flat panel tv...no fuss, no muss, no hacking, no whacking thru gateways, ip addys ( yada yada)...straight forward setup.
Here is prob....every site that shows they have that exact item ( major internet retailers and brick and morter retailers )...they show " out of stock ".....Hsti their web site does not show that the item is discontinued....
I have looked at other usb wifi items...roku,google,apple....yada yada, but this device fits "exactly" what I need......
If this item still exists....pleas thru a link tell me....if there is a clone or a similar device that will suit my desires....post as well
