I am having trouble figuring out what make / model my wifes PC is so we can find SD card reader drivers for it for Windows 7.

the machine has a built in card reader enclosure that we're trying to find Windows 7 drivers for. Her computer came pre-installed with Windows vista so we upgraded her to Windows 7, but her brother kept all the driver disks.
I'm sure even vista drivers would work if we can just find 'em.
I've tried to tell my wife she can just put the SD card into her camera and plug the camera into the USB port of her computer, but she doesn't believe me. We had a fight about it lastnite, she says with old cameras she's had in the past she's had to take the SD card out and put it in the SD card reader, and doesn't realize the charging cable that came with her camera is also a USB connector. women sheesh. lol
so I'm trying to be a good husband and help her get her mult card reader working. I don't understand what name that says it is.
like mines an HP dv6-1350us is hers emachine 9000? or
